My name is Beth Pelham, and I have the sincere pleasure of serving as principal at Trion Elementary School!  I grew up in the beautiful town of Trion, and I am a proud Trion City Schools alumni.  Following high school, I went on to the University of Georgia where I obtained my B.A. in Early Childhood Education.  I furthered my education at Piedmont College and Kennesaw State University in pursuit of my M.A. and Ed.S.  in Curriculum and Instruction, as well as leadership.

I have been an educator for more than twenty years. During this time, I have served in many capacities, which include teaching multiple elementary grade levels, district academic coach, and administration. 

I truly believe that I am blessed with the best job in the world.  Being an educator has always been my dream.  I am passionate about providing our students with meaningful learning experiences, creating lifelong memories with them, and most importantly, showing them consistent love and care.  As a Title One Distinguished school, our students not only receive an exceptional education, but they also have the opportunity to participate in several extracurricular activities, clubs, sports, service projects, and special events.  It is our mission to foster character, integrity, and academic potential in all students.
